John Rosenlund has spent 28 years in the financial service industry where his primary focus has been in portfolio management, credit, sales and staff training. His comprehensive background includes equipment management, collections, legal account management, sales-marketing and credit operations with Colonial Pacific, FirstCorp, Met Life Capital and Financial Pacific Leasing. John currently serves as the Education Committee Chair for UAEL and on the Board of Directors for the CLP Foundation. He also served as Chairman of the ELFA Credit & Collection Committee from 2002-2004. He has been a speaker and lecturer at numerous industry conferences and does training for the CLP Foundation. John also has been active with charitable organizations and currently serves on several advisory and management committees with the Boy Scouts of America.

Tawni Altom, Paralegal and Special Accounts Analyst   taltom@radiance-capital.com Tawni Altom has been a paralegal for over 20 years specializing in commercial equipment Leasing, contract negotiation and review, complex collection litigation, bankruptcy and corporate litigation. She was formerly with Financial Pacific Leasing as their Litigation Specialist and managed the legal portfolio. She is a member of ELFA and Washington State Paralegal Association. Tawni's responsibilities with Radiance include managing the legal portfolio and negotiating collection litigation and bankruptcies.

Rainee Eckhardt has over 20 years of accounting and operational experience with both mid and large size companies. She is experienced in general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit underwriting, funding, billing and customer support. Rainee’s primary responsibilities include: accounting, funding, operations and customer support.

Catherine Hawkins has had an exceptional career beginning as a Press Aide to Senator Slade Gorton (R-WA) and an Administrative Assistant to Senator Dan McDonald (R-Bellevue). At Flow International she handled a wide range of duties including Project Coordinator, Accounts Payable, Assistant to Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance Manager and I.T. executive logistics. She completed her MBA Summa Cum Laude and has a Bachelor's from Washington State University. Her primary responsibilities with Radiance include office logistics, credit support and web editor.
